How do I report a duplicate bank feed issue again? The chat agent didnt understand. Bank feed has duplicates and even transactions that arent on our actual bank statement

Hi accounts-growing, we'd be happy to help with that issue here - do the duplicate and unknown transactions continue after fully disconnecting and reconnecting the account to QuickBooks, and can we confirm the bank provider and account type that the issue is relating to?

Hi Georgia, yes I have disconnected and reconnected, they are still there. 23rd transactions appear again on 24th (there were none on 24th) and also have some payments that are not our businesses. Its a Santander Corporate current account. thank you
