How do record payment of asset from loan

how do i show an invoice as paid when the loan company has paid it

Hello Linda, 

 

When you click into the invoice on the right hand side should have a box that says receive payment, this will bring up the receive payment page make sure the right invoice is ticked and the click save and close this will show the invoice as being paid.
