How do you customize a statement and accompanying e mail? I can see how to do this for invoices and reminders, but not statements? Thank you.

Yes, you're correct. You can customise forms such as invoices and reminders.

 

As of now, the option to modify a customer statement is unavailable. That said, I'd suggest sharing this idea with our Developers team. This feedback guides us to provide a more user-friendly interface.

 

You can share this product suggestion through our Feedback forum. You can also see the lists of new and updated features in QuickBooks on this page.

 

Currently, you can only customise the statement to show either List each transaction as a single line or List each transaction including all detail lines.
