How do you run a report to show all of your inactive Chart of Accounts?

Hi there, @566303,

 

I'd be glad to guide you through running a report showing all your inactive accounts.

 

Please follow the steps outlined below:

  1. Select Reports from the left menu.
  2. Search the Account List report.
  3. Click Customise.
  4. Go to the Filter section.
  5. Enable Deleted by putting a checkmark in the box.
  6. Then, filter by Deleted
  7. Click Run report

You can now pull up the Account List report and filter to see inactive accounts.
