How do you "unfile" a CIS return please?

Other post say click the "unfile" button , but there isn't one.

Hello Community Users! Just wanted to add an update to this post. You can  unfile the CIS return directly in Quickbooks Online, instructions on how to do that are available here.  If you do not have that option showing it may be a browser issue, so it is worth trying in a private browsing window.  Any questions feel free to reply to this thread.

Let me share a way to unfile your CIS returns in QuickBooks Online.

 

For corrections that needs to be made on your returns, I'd suggest contacting our Customer Care Support Team to help you make those amendments.

 

To contact our Live Support:

  1. Go to Help at the top menu, then select Contact Us.
  2. Enter your concern in the What can we help you with? field.
  3. Click Let's talk.
  4. Once done, select Start a chat or Get a callback option.
