I would like the physical stock worksheet to only show products that have a non zero amount.  The worksheet is cluttered with many out of date products.

Hello Happychat, thank you for reaching out to the Community about the physical stock worksheet. Currently you can customise the report and filter some columns but not unfortunately quantity. You could export the report to Excel and order that column, so it shows amounts with numbers first and remove the zero rows. We appreciate that is not ideal and we can certainly pass on feedback to our product development team.

Hi there, Happychat.

I understand how important it is to customize your report to only display stocks that have quantity. Currently, there's no update about the feature being added to QuickBooks Online. However, I recommend submitting feedback yourself so our product engineers can notice your suggestions and will look for plans adding this feature to the report.

Here's how:

  1. Select the Gear icon and choose Feedback.
  2. Fill in your suggestions in the Feedback field.
  3. Select Next to send it.

Furthermore, you can also consider memorizing a customized report to access them easily in the future.
