Depending on your computer software, you may be able to use the Windows Logo Key + PrtScn button to print screen the page you are viewing. 

You can record opening balances using a journal entry by going to the + icon > Journal Entry, and entering the date and then the purchase/vendor account on one line, and an opening balance account on the other.
