Hello there, trev-car-rst.

If you're referring to credit card credit, here's how to record it:

Here's how to do it:

  1. Click the Plus (+) icon, then select Credit Card Credit.
  2. On the Bank/Credit account drop-down, select where you wish to record this cash back.
  3. Select any expense or income account in the Category details field.
  4. Enter the Amount.
  5. Click Save and close.
  6.

If this is not what you mean and you are referring to petty cash and showing that in Quickbooks and showing transfer/deposits of cash let us know and we can advice how to record that in Quickbooks Online.

I'll keep an eye for your response. Have a great day!
