How to retrieve a deleted transaction

A transaction was deleted since December and I can not seem to reconciled by statement however i would like to know if i can retrieve the transaction.

I know a way to retrieve the details of the deleted transaction so you can recreate it again in QuickBooks Online.

 

In QuickBooks Online, you can utilize the Audit Log report to get the details of the deleted transaction.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Log in as an admin to QuickBooks Online account.
  2. Go to the Gear icon in the top right corner.
  3. Use the fields on the Filter panel to choose the appropriate UserDate, or Events filter to narrow the results.
  4. Then click on Apply.

 

Once you get the information, you can now recreate the transaction.
