HSBC is connecting but not showing me new transactions but not reporting any faults. any ideas?

I have refreshed my accounts in the app and also through the website - no new transactions since 17th Feb 2020 are showing ( there has definitely been several transactions from then until now) but it just says there are no new transactions.

 

I am using the quickbooks self employed app, can someone please help - this has never happened before

Welcome to the Community page, 

 

When you update the account does it update the balance but just not bring any transactions though for you.

Yes it updates the balance as it should

We are aware of this issue, our banking engineers are working on this until the issue is solved you will just need to csv your transactions into your account.
