Hi there. @thomas-hickey. Now that you have me, I'll ensure you can get through this and obtain financial reports more than 12 months in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

We can run a profit and loss report and then set the date from January 1, 2022, to January 1, 2023. This way, we'll be able to get the data that you need for your business. I'll input the steps below so you can proceed. To begin, here's how:

  1. Access your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. On the left navigational bar, go to the Reports tab.
  3. In the search bar, type Profit and Loss as your keyword.
  4. Click on the report, and then set the date to 01/01/2022 to 01/01/2023.
  5. Once you're ready, hit the Run report button.

To get a copy of the report, click the Export icon beside the Printer icon below the Run report button.

Also, another way to get financial reports for more than 12 months in QBO is by using the class tracking feature. You can refer to this page for further guidelines about the process: 13-period reporting inside QuickBooks.

In addition, here's an article in case you'd like to memorise a report in QBO: Memorise reports in QuickBooks Online.

You can also modify your memorised reports. Refer to this article for the steps: Create, access and modify memorised reports.

Should you need further assistance running financial reports in QuickBooks? Or do you have any additional QuickBooks-related concerns? Our door is open 24/7, and I'll be happy to help you out again. Thanks for choosing QuickBooks, @thomas-hickey. Take care, and more power to your business!
