Question

I cannot scroll down on reports with a down arrow, as it has disappeared. The scroll bar goes too quickly. Do I need to adjust my settings somehow?

Yes, you're right. It usually happens when you've enabled the Navigate Pages with a Text Cursor option from the browser settings. The steps to switch it on or off are different for each browser.

 

For Google Chrome, you can toggle the feature on/off by hitting the F7 key on your keyboard. Alternatively, go to the 3 dots menu > settings > advanced settings > accessibility then turn off Navigate Pages with a Text Cursor.

 

Please note the cause is not limited to the option mentioned above. I recommend you review your browser's settings and check the possible feature affecting your web pages.
