I forgot to submit my EPS by 19th April, I've just run the report but there doesn't seem to be any figures in it, is this normal or is it because it's past the deadline?

You'll have to check the payroll that you've run if Journal entries are appearing in the report if the Journal entries will show up, you'll have to delete it.

However, if there's no Journal entries, I'd recommend contacting our Customer Support Team, as they have the tools to pull up your account in a secure environment and to determine what causes this issue. 

Here's how to contact customer support:

1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
2. Select Help (?) at the top right.
3. Select Contact Us to connect with a live support agent.
