I had set up an income - Financial activity reports selecting department email address and cc to myself. I have received the report but not my department

Hi ebaran-westlondo, if the email was not received to the inbox or any spam/junk folders this may mean that the recipient email domain itself is blocking this, please follow our guide here for the steps to add the Intuit domain as a safe sender (this can be achieved most easily by sending a dummy email from the recipients own inbox to do_not_reply@intuit.com which should trigger their domain to recognise @intuit domain as a trusted site). 👩‍💻
