I have a number of custom reports set to share with All, however I have added a new user and he can't see any of the custom reports even if I save the customisation again

What is happening when they attempt to view the customised reports, are they able to view them in the reports list? Are they able to view the standard reports?

They can see all standard reports but no custom reports.

I can help you access the custom report to the newly added user, JayDub.

 

The existing custom reports you saved are not automatically synced to the new user. For them to access the custom reports, we need to toggle them one by one.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. In the Custom reports tab, click the report name under the Name column.
  2. Hit the Save customisation tab.
  3. Tick Save.

Go on to the next report name and do the same steps. Then, let the user log out and log back into QuickBooks Online (QBO) to view all the custom reports.
