Question

I have an A/R account in a foreign currency which was inactivated but now i need to reactivate it but it has failed to get active in the normal make active procedure, what should i do?

We're not aware of any issues re-activating accounts in QuickBooks Online. To check for any browser issues that may be causing this, please reactivate by signing into QB through a different web browser or incognito window.
