I'm new, and all statements are transferred but I wanted only from the 1st of November. How to delete the others? Thank you

How to delete multiple transactions?

Welcome to QuickBooks Online! We're thrilled to have you on board, leckerbites.

 

I'm here to help you delete multiple transactions in QBO.

 

If you connect your bank to QBO, it will automatically retrieve transactions from the past 90 days, and in some banks, it can even import data from as far back as 24 months. 

 

You can choose to Exclude the transactions and delete them from there. Let me guide you through the steps.

 

  1.  Navigate the Transactions tab and select Bank transactions.
  2. Choose the For review tab.
  3. Tick the checkbox for the transactions you want to exclude.
  4. Click on Exclude.

 

The transactions are transferred to the Excluded tab. Once ready, you can Delete them.
