I'm trying to sort the VAT detail report alphabetically, but it won't, any suggestions?

I've tried clicking on the Sort drop down arrow, changing the default setting to 'name', clicking sort again, but nothing happens

Sorting the VAT Detail report alphabetically is unavailable in QuickBooks Online. The report shows the financial document summarising a company's VAT-eligible transactions over a specified accounting period by boxes and not alphabetically.
