Hello and welcome to the QuickBooks Community, beakerssweetsuk-

We'd be happy to help with the issue that you're experiencing with the VAT Audit Report in QuickBooks Online.

First, to check for any cache issues that may be causing this, please try downloading the report by signing into QuickBooks through a different web browser or private browsing window.

QuickBooks Online uses browser cache and cookies to run faster. But sometimes these can also block web pages and reports from performing as expected. If you continue to see discrepancies on the report after this, please begin a chat or call our team on 0808 234 5337 (Mon - Fri, 8 AM - 7 PM, free from UK mobile & landlines).

The agents available here will have access to set up a remote screenshare using our Smartlook tool to allow them to investigate further. Thanks again for reaching Intuit QuickBooks on the Community for support today!
