Thanks for visiting the QuickBooks Community, erincrockford. Let's work together to fix the issue of why you can't access your QuickBooks Online (QBO) data.

Beforehand, may I know if you have encountered a specific error message while trying to open your QBO account?

I've checked the QuickBooks status page to verify if there's an ongoing investigation, but I haven't come across anything with system issues.

One of the possible reasons why you're having trouble loading your QBO data can sometimes be caused by a stored cache and cookies in your browser. Let's try accessing your QBO account through an incognito window to determine if it's a browser-related issue. Here are the shortcut keys:

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl Shift
  • Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl Shift P
  • Safari: press Command Shift N

Once you're in incognito mode, revisit the website to log into your QBO account and get your reports. If it works, you can use your regular browser to clear the cache to improve the program's performance. Otherwise, using other supported browsers can be a good alternative too.

Additionally, you can check out this article to view detailed steps on running different reports in QuickBooks to see all entries entered into the system: Run reports in QuickBooks Online.

Don't hesitate to post again if you have further concerns about managing your QBO account. I'm always here to help. Keep safe!
