I’ve had trial period. Then Subscribed. Filled in stuff. I now have a new company and can’t use old one with all my info. Can I ?Thank you

You can resubscribe the old account and cancel the new one so you can use your data. Let me guide you how.

1. Click the Gear icon on the upper-right corner.
2. Under Your Company, choose Account and Settings. 
3. Clickt Billing & Subscription, then Resubscribe,and enter the updated billing information.
4. Click Subscribe.

You can also export your data from the old account, then import them to the new one. Here's how:

To export:

1. Click the Gear icon on the upper-right corner.
2. Select Export Data.
3. Go to the Lists/Reports tab to choose what to export.
4. Click Export to Excel.
5. Click OK.

To import:

1. Click the Gear icon on the upper-right corner.
2. Select Import Data.
3. Select what you want to import.
4. Click Browse.
5. Click Next.
6. Click Yes when prompted to import.
7. Click Let's go.
