I want to run a report for my last financial year showing a particular product/service with customers and amounts?

Hello Ajcampqb, 

 

Welcome to the Community page, 

 

Would could have a look at these three reports see if they show you want you need to see. You can also customise all three reports to show exactly what you need to see. Note-the reports below are not available in all Quickbooks Online versions.

 

The reports are 

Purchase by product/service detail

Sales by product/service detail 

sales by product/service summary

 

If you click on reports and in the search bar start typing one of the reports in then click on it, it will bring the report up to then customise.

When I type Purchase by product/service detail

In reports nothing happens.

Can you advise?

The reporting options available to you will depend on the subscription plan you're on, can we check if you're using Simple Start, Essentials, or Plus? 🧐 We'll then be able to advise on the best options available to you for this.
