In the action box in my customer the option to create a statement is no longer available has this been removed

Hello @alison-finn,

 

Creating statements has been moved from the ACTION column to the New transaction menu in your customer's profile. Let me show you how you can create one.

  1. Go to Sales.
  2. Select Customers.
  3. Find and open the profile of your customer where you want to create a statement.
  4. Under New transaction, select Statement.
  5. Choose a statement type.
  6. Click Save and close or Save and send.
