I have been using QBO Accountant with multiple client QB licenses since 2017. Yesterday I have lost the ability to access all my clients QBO accounts via the drop down under my company name. There is no dropdown menu at all. If I go onto the QBO iPhone app I can see and access the clients QB. QBO customer services are looking into this but I'm wondering if I am the only person with this issue.
I'd like to create a report showing the name and address of each purchaser of a particular product. Can you point me in the right direction?

There is also the section that asks for accruals and deferred income. This is also not on the balance sheet. Can anyone help with these?

HiJust checking if scheduled reports have stopped for anyone else? The last reports we received by email were on Tuesday 1.30am, so nothing on Wednesday or Thursday this week. This is the same for 4 Quickbooks accounts, so I'm guessing it's the same for all UK Quickbooks users. I have checked with support, but they don't have a record of anyone else reporting an issue (and have asked me to delete & recreate a report on one of the accounts, and wait and see if it's emailed tomorrow). Hoping someone can help...On the dashboard, the P&L widget does not seem to have a dropdown option for 'last financial year' and shows only calendar year. Is this something that can be amended?It just seems a bit longwinded to have to run a full P&L report and then change the dropdown in there rather than have the information readily available in the P&L overview on the dashboard.Thanks
Hi. So set up COA as just changed to QBO. has all codes etc showing and the balance sheet balances ok but all I&E balances in COA are blank . But can get balances from I&E report. What have I missed setting up in COA. How do i get those I&E balances showing in COA . thanks
Hi there, I am having issues exporting report data to Google Sheets from QBO. So when I am in a report, I click the Export to Google Sheets and when I get through to the Allow connection screen, I get a connecting error message - see image below. I have tried updating the settings in Chrome to allow pop ups from websites, as I had read that could be the issue. I have even added QBO to the allowed sites to have pop ups - see image below. Someone in my company who has admin rights (as do I) is not having any issues with the export. We have tried disconnecting the Google Sheets app and reconnecting it but no joy. Very frustrating. Is anyone else experiencing this or solved the issue? Be grateful for any tips or advice. Oh, I should also mention that I have tried Safari and that didn't work. I also tried the QBO Help and it was escalated to Tier 2 but then the new online agent disconnected without helping after I'd be on for over an hour!. Thanks Mike
We are trying to dissolve our company. Have terminated the 2 staff online. Now cannot process payroll to send P45 and final accounts to HMRC. What to do?

I am trading as a sole trader (Accountancy Practice) using Quickbooks Online but when I try to generate the Accounts via workpapers it will only give me the option of Ltd Company Accounts FRS 105Same for my clients tooIs there anyway to alter this ? Not everyone is a Ltd Company How will this work under MTD for ITSA
We are a registered charity and exist entirely on donations, which may come by bank transfer directly into our account, but also regularly in cash or by cheque, which we send to our bank with multiple other amounts. We record these amounts in QB as a deposit split into these multiple items. I would like to be able to generate a report - specifically for a Gift Aid Tax Reclaim, that shows these individual amounts. We have found a way of generating a report, by filtering the relevant income accounts, that shows all individual transactions, but have not found a way of including all relevant items in a deposit which is split into multiple amounts. Those amounts remain hidden. Please could you help with this. Making a Gift Aid Reclaim on QB Desktop was very straightforward; it doesn't seem to be so easy on QBOnline. We tried using one of the reports on the list 'For my Accountant' and the report showed no data. Any suggestions you have would be welcom
