Invoice upload - Multi Page PDF

Hi there,

 

Looking for some assistance. We run a contruction firm, and receive PDF Invoices from our customers regularly. We can upload these into QuickBooks, however often the software does not pick out the correct information. Are we doing something wrong? Looking to cut down on manually having to input all the lines if possible.
