Is anyone having problems with the Transaction List by Tag Group Report today - it suddenly seems to have stopped workng?

Let's see if it has anything to do with the browser-related issues. Corrupted temporary internet files could explain the unusual behavior. To determine the cause, open a private/incognito window and generate the report.

 

  • Google Chrome and Microsoft EdgeCtrl Shift + N
  • Safari 11 or newer: ⌘ Shift N
  • Mozilla FirefoxCtrl Shift P

 

If that works, you can go return to your regular browsing window and clear its cache. This will remove any outdated or corrupted internet files that can cause minor browsing issues.

 

Alternatively, you can use other supported browsers for the best experience while working in QuickBooks Online.
