At present I'm having to export to excel to add the totals row, this means I cannot include it in the management accounts pack.

Greetings, melanie. I recognize the convenience of customizing our reports to add rows specific to different transactions. Let me share further details about this.

Currently, adding a row for total sales, costs, and profits on the project profitability report isn't available in QuickBooks Online (QBO). Nevertheless, we appreciate your interest in improving QBO and value your input and insights. On that note, I encourage you to share your ideas about having this functionality by submitting feedback. Doing so allows us to enhance your experience with the program, and it will be shared with our Product Development Team.

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Gear icon, then choose Feedback.
  2. Enter your comments or product suggestions.
  3. Select Next to submit.

Moreover, I'll add these resources on how you can get the most out of your financial report in QBO:

If you have any other questions regarding handling your reports in QBO, please don't hesitate to comment below. Stay safe!
