Question

Is it possible to change the date format on reports such as the Balance Sheet?

The balance sheet report shows the date in US format "April 30, 2020". But I have set the date preference to UK format ("dd/mm/yyyy") in preferences. Can this be changed to respect the UK format of "30 April 2020" in the Balance Sheet report?

Welcome back to the Community, @rjwbailey.

In QuickBooks Online (QBO), the ability to change the date format on reports is currently unavailable. I can see how this option would be helpful for you and your business. Rest assured that I'll pass along your suggestion to our Product Developers. They're always looking for ideas to consider on how to improve QBO.

In the meantime, I recommend visiting our Blog site. This is where we share recent happenings and future developments, such as updates to newly added features.

Just in case, I'll add this article for future reference: Customise reports in QuickBooks Online.
