Is it possible to develop completely bespoke reports - I want to see estimates at a item line level ? In sales we would call this an open order report

I can share some information about the report that you're trying to generate, rachelle.

The option to bespoke or customise an estimate report down to the item level is currently unavailable. That would be a great addition to our current features, I'll be sure to take note of it. 

Here's how to share your feedback from the account: 

1. Go to the Gear icon and select Feedback.
2. Provide your product suggestion.
3. Click on Next to submit feedback.

In the meantime, I suggest running the Sales by Customer Detail report. Then, customize it to filter by Transaction Type and select Non-Posting. It'll show you estimates for products and services or items. 

Here's how:

1. Go to the Reports menu and choose Sales by Customer Detail. 
2. Click the Customise button. 
3. Go to the Filter dropdown and tick the checkbox for Transaction Type and select Non-Posting.
4. Set all the needed information.
5. Click on Run Report.
