Is it possible to view aged customer activity in the mobile app without first accessing it on the desktop version?

If I check a customers old activity sometimes it does not display for older activity - I'd guess at around2 years or more. But after accessing the desktop version and seeing the activity there, it will then show in the mobile version

Hello Lesley3, Thanks for posting on the Community page, it is not possible, it has to be done on the web version first then can see it in the app.
