Is there a report which tells me when I have sent an invoice by e mail on QB to a customer.

Also it would be good if I can see a complete list of what and when I sent the invoice

Yes, there is, @mick15.


You can run the Invoice List report in QuickBooks Online to see a complete list of your invoices and when you sent them. It also contains details associated with your invoices.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Reports menu.
  2. Select/enter Invoice List.
  3. Click Customise, then select the date period.
  4. Under Rows/Columns, select the Delivery Address and Sent.
  5. Press Run report.
