Is there a standard report in Quickbooks that will list all the receipts by donor for a specified period?

The donor reports appear to have invoices or balances, I want one where I can see just the payments received

Thanks for visiting the Community, @barrowfarmrda. I've come to help you run a report that shows all the payments received and lists all receipts by the donor.

 

To begin, you may follow the steps below and refer to the screenshots provided for reference:

 

  1. Go to Reports on the left menu.
  2. Under the search dropdown, enter Transaction Detail by Account.
  3. To modify and filter the report, click on Customise.
  4. Edit the Report period.
  5. On the Filter dropdown, check Transaction Type.
  6. Enter and choose Payment. Then, Sales Receipt.
  7. Once done, click Save.
