It appears I have statements missing, it jumps from say March 2019 straight to 2022 what am I doing wrong

Hi Dolly_Poppet,

 

Downloading statements is only available to US accounts, but your post is routed to the United Kindom queue.  Do you mean your transactions are missing or it's really your statements? And, which section in QBO do you notice them missing?

 

For statements, your bank controls the statements they send and the time of sending. If there are maintenance issues with their servers, it may cause them to not send statements.

 

For bank transactions, you will only get the transactions in the last 90 days when you connect your account. Then, the older ones can be downloaded from your bank's website and uploaded to the Banking page in QBO, and then populates in your For Review tab. Adding them to your bank register will move them from the For Review tab to the Accepted tab, or to the Excluded tab if you exclude them.

 

Deleting transactions and disconnecting bank accounts will remove the transactions from the Banking page, but will not remove the ones that are already added to the bank register. Therefore, either of these could have happened if you're talking about transactions on the Banking page section.
