Question

Made entries and saved Sales/Expenses for my client. I did check saving correctly. I've gone back to double check all in there and there are lots missing why?

Hi there, @g-brattle51.

 

You'll want to go to your audit log and check if there are changes made. It could be the reason the entries you saved are missing. From there, you can see the activity flow your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account. Let me show you how.

 

In your QBO:

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Select Audit Log.
  3. Click Filter.
  4. Choose the appropriate User, Date, or Events filter to narrow the results.
  5. Click Apply.
