Milage report

Let’s collaborate to make sure you can view all the necessary columns when exporting your mileage report in QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE), @Agrup.

In QBSE, the mileage report includes several important columns, such as Date, Trip Purpose, Vehicle, Start Address/Location, End Address/Location, Distance, Deduction, and Logging Method. Since there are only two columns when you export the report, let’s try opening your mileage report in a different spreadsheet software. This will help us determine if the issue is related to the software you’re using.

On the other hand, please know that QBSE doesn't allow column customization directly within the app, as the mileage report columns are fixed. If you’d like to include additional columns or information, I recommend manually adding them after you export the data to a spreadsheet.
