Mileage tracking

Once again, the mileage tracking has stopped for last 2 weeks. Tried the "talk on human" both from the app and website but all the links are dead. So can't ask for a call or drop a message. the number of times this has happened over the last 12 months is really making me consider going elsewhere. All the app permissions are set together with the battery usage.

I can imagine the hurdle you've been through trying to fix the mileage tracking issue, @Spanner4333. I'll make it up to you by making sure you'll get the urgent help you need.

 

To resolve this problem, I'd still recommend contacting our support team. This way, they can perform a screen-sharing session for thorough checking of the situation or create a ticket for investigation if necessary.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Open the Help (?) menu and choose Contact Us. 
  2. Or, go to the Assistant menu. 
    1. If you're using the QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) app, tap the + button and select Ask QB Assistant.
    2. Type "talk to a human," then hit Continue.
    3. Click on the options until you're prompted to opt for a way to connect.
  3. Pick which way you want to connect with us.

 

Our support team is available from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 8 PM, and on Saturday or Sunday, 8 AM to 6 PM.

Obviously an automated reply because in my original post, I'd already said that I'd tried to contact the team but all the links were dead and didn't work!!
