Question

Mobile app is displaying incorrect chart of account. Eg, not showing bank accounts or the data/categories I have saved into my COA. How can I access 'MY' COA?

Let me share some troubleshooting steps to determine why your mobile app is not displaying all of the categories you saved in your Chart of Accounts. I want to ensure you can access them using your device anywhere you go. 

 

First, make sure to select All Accounts using the Filter tool to show all of your categories. Then. you may use the Search field to locate the desired account.

 

  1. In your mobile app, tap the Menu button.
  2. Select the All tab and then Categories.
  3. Click the Filter icon and choose All Accounts.
  4. Select the Magnifying glass icon and search for a bank or category.

 

If you're unable to find them, I recommend refreshing the app. It would be helpful for a quick update to fix common problems. Here's how: 

 

For Android device

 

  1. Tap the Menu button and select the Gear icon.
  2. Scroll down and select Refresh Data.
  3. Click Yes when prompted.

 

 For iOS device

 

  1. Go to the Menu icon at the top left corner of the screen.
  2. Choose Help & Feedback.
  3. Select Refresh Data and Refresh.

 

Once done, close and reopen the app and check if it's working fine. If the issue persists, I suggest uninstalling and reinstalling the app to start a clean slate.
