Monthly Customer Balance Summary Report For a Specific Customer Group

Good afternoon,

I've been searching for 2 hours to find a solution, here's hoping someone knows the answer.

I want to produce a Customer Balance Summary Report Month by Month, for example:

 

I want to be able to run the report for a specific group of customers that belong to a Chart of Account, for example:

 

Does anyone know what plugin will allow me to run these types of reports? We run the report frequently so do not want to export to Excel and do it manually.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hello  Gavin, 

 

Welcome to the Community page, 

 

You could run the customer balance summary report and select a date you want to view and then also customise it so it only shows what you want to see then click run report. It would be a case of looking in the app section in Quickbooks and seeing if there is a 3rd party who would be able to do what you are wanting to do exactly.

Hi Ashleigh1,

 

Thanks for your response but sadly you didn't read my question properly. If you did, you would know that you cannot perform these types of reports in Quickbooks, and I was looking for a plugin recommendation that could enable me to do it.

 

I know where to loo to find plugins, but rather than contact each 'bolt on' supplier individually I was hoping to draw on the experience of the community to recommend one.
