My app is not working. I can’t get in to deal with the transactions in my account and I’ve lost a lot of services like cash flow etc

I'll help you resolve that issue.

 

We need to make sure that the app we're using is updated. For QuickBooks Online Desktop App, simply go to the Help menu and select Check for Updates. If you're using the mobile app, you can update it through App Store or Google Play.

 

Also, make sure that the device we're using matches to the systems requirements. This could be the reason why we're having issues. Please refer to these links:

You'll want to consider uninstalling and reinstalling the app if this issue persists. In addition, you can always log in to your account using a browser and perform all your tasks from there.
