My bank account is connected on quickbooks but in the app the profit and loss bit isn’t working and saying connect account, why is this.

We can try refreshing your application by following the steps on how to do it is provided below:

  1. Click the Menu icon.
  2. Choose Help & Feedback.
  3. Select Refresh Data.

If the same thing happens, we'll want to make sure your mobile app is updated by uninstalling and reinstalling the application.
