My Bank Balance (credit Card) shows a balance that says was updated 1 hour ago, but the actual balance is zero

May I know what financial institution are you using so I can check if there are any related issues? 

 

In the meantime, let's attempt a manual update of your credit card account every 2 or 3 hours interval to fetch items that were not downloaded. 

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Click Banking from the left navigation panel.
  2. From the Banking window, tap to highlight the account.
  3. Hit the Update button to refresh the account.
