My budget is not picking up a transfer. Also not picking up a transaction creating in a different chart of accounts ?

Thanks for visiting the Community today. I'm here to help ensure the transfer and the transactions created under a different chart of accounts will show on the Budget. 

First off, let's check the Settings above the Total column and ensure that the Hide blank rows option isn't selected to show all your accounts and subaccounts in the report.
