Question

My income is shown as twice the actual amount. When I look at a report it has taken invoice amount and also transaction amount. I categorise payments as services

I know I can custom the report but it is making everything look wrong in the software.

Hello Daweselectricals,  It sounds like you might have duplicated the transactions so you have manually added the payment as well as matching it up in the system causing it to show the amount to double.

What report did you run to see the actual amount? And are you using the Online Banking feature to add and categorise your transactions? 

 

I'd also appreciate it if you could provide a screenshot of the issue.
