Question

My transactions won’t refresh, it’s been a month and every time I click to refresh it nothing happens. And I need it to do so for obvious reasons.

We can manually update your bank transaction to download your transactions, max-ashmole.

 

Before doing so, can you tell me the name of your bank? So I can check on my end for any outstanding investigation that specifies your bank. 

 

In the meantime, we'll have to download the transactions by manually updating your bank's connection. You can do this by going to the Banking tab, and then select Update.

 

If the download seems stuck, we can log in to your bank's website and check for any page maintenance notifications. We can get your bank's URL inside QuickBooks. Here's how:

 

  1. From the Banking tab, select Add account.
  2. Select your bank provider's name.
  3. Copy the URL below its name.
  4. Sign in to your bank's page.
