I want to ensure you'll get the correct information on the app, @chris c1.

Let's first access your QuickBooks Online account using the regular web browser. Once logged in, you can try generating the Profit and Loss report. You can compare the data you see in the browser and the one displayed on the mobile app.

If they're showing different info, there may be too much historical data stored in your app causing this issue. By clearing its cache, you can access QuickBooks with a clean slate.

Android Settings:

  1. Go to Settings and select Apps.
  2. Choose QuickBooks Online and click on Storage.
  3. Select Clear Data.

iOS Settings:

  1. Launch the Settings app.
  2. Tap General, and then iPhone Storage.
  3. From the iPhone Storage screen, tap the QuickBooks Online app.
  4. Select Offload App.

If removing them doesn't resolve your app issues, you can uninstall and reinstall the app to refresh the system.

You can always get back to me here if you need further assistance with running reports. I'll be around to lend a hand. Have a lovely day.
