Printing a list of accounts which are inactive

HI

 

Is there an easy way to filter the accounts list so that only inactive accounts are listed

I can see on the accounts list that you can include all inactive but there are included in the whole list

I want to make these accounts "active" so that I can clear POS

Hello, CLP417. 

 

I can help you and walk you through how to filter the list of inactive accounts in QuickBooks Online. We can go to Chart of Accounts and mark check the Include inactive. From there, we can click the Run Report.

 

 

 

 

Then, we can Customise the report and under Filter mark check the Deleted and choose Deleted and click Run report.  

 

 

 

 

 

 

Additionally, to make those inactive account active again. Just go to Accounting and select Chart of Accounts. Then click the Gear icon and mark check the Include inactive. And locate the Make active and click to make it active again.
