PRINTING OF INVOICE DRAWN UNDER AN ESTIMATE

An invoice drawn under an estimate, show the value of the current invoice on the screen, but not when printed. Please do the needful to print same. Thanks

The balance shown on the invoice and printing screens should be the same if you haven't applied any payment to it. Otherwise, there will be changes.

 

Since invoices may involve customer information and value, I recommend contacting our Support Team. They can investigate further why the amount is showing on the screen correctly but not when printed.

  1. Go to the Help icon and choose Search.
  2. Click the Contact Us button and enter your concern.
  3. Press Continue.

 I suppose we need to create the invoice and print prior to "make payment". I think this may be the logic. anyway will go through the path you suggested.
