Profile and Loss Reports - in detail

How do I activate a P&L report that exports every transaction under each category heading rather than simply the category and total?

Hello and welcome to Community markwoods72,

 

I have gone through the reports available with in QuickBooks Online and have found that the Profit and Loss Detail report should provide you with the transaction information.
