Profit and Loss report is exporting to excel with just headings and no figures - is this a bug?

Hello Jaking, 

 

What web browser are you in? 

 

Can you try clearing your cache and cookies, close the browser down, reload it and try to export the file again and see if it pulls all the information though for you.

This is Excel protecting you as the file has been downloaded from the internet.

 

When you open the file in Excel, it opens in protected view.

 

There should be a yellow bar across the top of Excel that says ”Protected View - Be careful - File’s from the internet can contain viruses. Unless you need to edit, it’s safer to stay in protected view”.

 

Next to this message is a button that says “enable editing”. Click the button and all the figures appear.
