Projects:Client wants to see income/cost & profit figures not just the margin. Also want to be able to dump into exel to produce better reports - can have 50 jobs.

You can track the project's income and cost by opening the profile. The Overview and Reports sections serve as your guide to view the amounts.

Here's how:

1. Go to Projects on the left pane.
2. Hit the project's name to open the profile.
3. From the Overview tab, you'll see the summary for income, costs and profit.
4. Select Project Reports tab at the top.
5. Choose Project profitability from the list.

This report summarizes how much money your company has made to date from each project.

Now, you can export the report for a better view. Here's how:

1. From the report, click the Export icon.
2. Select Export to Excel (see the screenshot below).
